Text from By-Laws:
F. Board Meetings will generally be considered “open” to members attendance. Facilitating this meeting requires:
a. The President will post notification of the meeting date, time, and location a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the meeting. This notice will be posted on the club's website. This notice will also note whether comments/questions will be accepted during the session. Anyone wishing to comment needs to request, of the President, inclusion on the agenda and the subject of presentation at least 24 hours in advance. The presenter should be prepared to present their business, answer any inquiries of the Board, and then be excused. The Board may decline any additions to the agenda.

b. This meeting is a working meeting which may limit non-Board participation.
